Excellent service from sales persons From the moment I contacted Kai Zhu online he got back to me in a matter of minutes with the truck I was looking for made arrangements for the following day at 2 PM to test drive he met me at the door of the dealerships in a matter of minutes I was driving my new truck set down and you go shaded a good price with no bickering . Great experience buying RAV4 from Steve Paladino We initially came in to buy a used RAV4 from Magnussen for our daughter. But the new ones had important new safety features, so we ended up with a new one. Steve was an excellent salesman, never pushy, always polite and knowledgeable. He made it easy for us to buy.
Good expeience People are friendly here. KZ, Chinh, Rij and others. I was buying a used Sienna. No many options and no much space to bargain though.
Disappointing Experience. I test drove a used Prius on Monday. Called back about it on Tuesday. Spoke to Dave Cepeda on Wed. Was sold the car over the phone and told I could pick it up Friday. I arrived via public transportation with a cashier's check for the full amount given by Dave Cepeda over the phone. While on my way there I received an e-mail confirming my appt. to pick up my car. No problems Wanted to try leasing new RAV4. This was the first time for me leasing a car. Said Abbas helped me very much with all my questions and concerns and also found me a color I wanted. Everything went smooth and I felt aware of every leasing detail. Excellent experience!
Dave Cepeda—fantastic service and deal My lease was ending and I wanted to either buy the RAV4 off the lease or get into a used hybrid. Dave Cepeda took me through all of my options and helped me to make the best decision for my budget. He called to check on me afterwards and helped me to follow up on a Due Bill that was taking longer than expected. Thanks, Dave! I’ll be back to work with you again on the next car!

Excellent Service at Magnussen's Toyota oof Palo Alto I have been a customer of Toyota of Palo Alto since a co-worker recommended the Dealership to me back in 2004. I have since purchased 3 new Toyota vehicles from them. I worked with 3 different Sales Reps and my experience with each of them has been superb, especially, my recent buying experience with Said Abbas. Excellent car buying experience with Stephen Paladino. I have bought many cars and dealt with many car salesman in the past but Steve Paladino made our recent Prius Prime car buying smooth and efficient. He was better than a Lexus salesman. He was honest with pricing, very patient with all our questions and made our overall experience of car buying wonderful. I strongly recommend Steve if you are buying from Toyota Palo Alto.
