Efficient Service Department As always, my visit to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto for routine maintenance went very smoothly. Tony Aguirre explained everything very well and was very efficient.
Great experience Jared Weber did a great job explaining to me what would be included in my 60k service and why. He was polite, efficient, and friendly, which made the whole experience of bringing my car in a pleasure. The car was ready just when he said it would be and everything worked out perfectly. Straightforward and Easy Process I received excellent service in terms of test drives and information re: Prius models. Mostly I worked with Stephen Paladino on the sale terms and a test drive. Chinh Nguyen helped familiarize me with the new technologies after the sale. The paperwork went very fast. I never felt pushed. It really helped me to narrow down on one kind of model and compare what was out there at different dealers.

great buying experience What impressed me the most is how honest the sales representative, KZ, is. Unlike other sales I met in other dealers who's always trying to mislead the customer and try to sale you something that you don't need, KZ truly respect his customer's needs and explains everything in details. Plus, the price is very good.
Great service Really recommend this Toyota dealership for great service. Daniel Boyd helped me when I needed routine service done on my Highlander. It was very timely and efficient even though they were very busy with many cars coming and going. Thanks to all the crew there.
Routine maitenance I have been taking my Prius to this dealership since I bought it and I always get excellent and quick service. Everyone is helpful and attentive.
