Premier Cutomer Service I have taken my truck to two other Toyota dealerships and was less than satisfied. I decide to traveled 50 miles which was a great decision. From Micheal Gajda professional but friendly greeting, to being contacted by text, per request when my truck was expidiciously completed. Professional and Efficient My car needed some major repairs, and Alex Ramirez was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done, itemizing the cost of each. He returns calls in a timely manner, and interacts professionally with his customers.

Excellent customer service and solid vehicle service Dennis Mcconnell understands how to keep a customer happy and provides excellent service. ToPA has been my vehicle service provider for 20+ years and for good reason. Bought my Tacoma from them and it is getting older with high mileage, yet it has never felt like an older car. Which I attribute to the quality of the maintenance provided by their service department.
