World class customer service Worked with Jared Weber on 150k scheduled maintenance for 2006 Rav 4. Experience reflected world class customer support. I've used several Toyota dealerships over my 13 years of ownership of my Rav 4 and this was by far my very best experience.
Positive Yet Unpleasant We were glad that we ended up with Dich Tran (5) as our sales person. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and has a good humor. They do NOT honor their word I was there on 5/11/19 at this dealer looking to buy a 2016 Camry SE for my daughter. We made an offer over the internet and after an exchange of phone calls negotiated a deal on the price. The sales man even offered to have the the car washed and get ready so we didn't have to wait long. But when we went there, five minutes after the phone call, to get the car the salesman told us that someone who had walked in a minute before we got there was in the process of purchasing the car. Recommended toyota service Dealers have not been on the top of my list for servicing a car with regard to value or trust. Magnussen’s Toyota Of Palo Alto has proven different. I’ve taken my Prius here for 10 years and gotten good results with the quality of service and the nature of the service advisors being helpful and trusted. They really give me enough time and don’t push me away so they can get on with the next thing. Recommended

Magnussen’s Toyota Palo Alto is the Best! I recently had my 2011 RAV4 in for a major service. Chris Abernathy, my service advisor, was great—carefully explained the status report and needed repairs item by item. All went smoothly and my car was ready when promised. I wouldn’t consider taking my car anywhere else!
Great experience for car service Magnussen's Toyota has been servicing my car for the past 12 years and I always have good experience with it. The wait is never too long and their free shuttle service is convenient. I worked with Michael Gajda the last couple visits and he's always friendly and courteous. He's able to give good and helpful information in terms of repairs and service needed to me who doesn't know much about the inner working of cars. Thank you Michael!
Best experience with this dealer for servicing my car Michael Gajda provided the best experience I had with any dealer in last 20 years for service my cars. He attended all details and quickly responded any finding. And he helped me to set up a loaner car just before the shop closed the door in the evening to make sure I could have a ride for the unexpected repair service. He also kept me in the loop and posted for the status. He was so friendly and ready to help for any request. Amazing experience! Thanks Michael!
