Tony Aguirre, top service person. Tony Aguirre has managed the service of my vehicles for over 20 years. My husband passed away a year ago. I took his Rav 4 in for Tony to service. Eighteen Years of Good Service My 2001 Corolla, purchased in November 2000, has never been serviced anywhere other than at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto. I have always had confidence in the Service Representatives, that they wouldn't recommend anything not actually needed for my vehicle. Best car buy As I walked in to Toyota in Palo Alto I was immediately greeted by Eugene Louie. Since the beginning of the visit till the end Eugene was a great help to both me and my husband and answered all our questions and concerns about getting our new car. He genuinely was excited to help both of us pick our new 2018 Rav4 with out being pushy about it which I really appreciated. I would deffenetly come back to this dealer ship and hope to find Eugene to help us again.
