Daniel Boyd, at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto, 5 stars Daniel Boyd was very helpful when I had my 2008 Prius in for its routine servicing. He took the task seriously and responded appropriately (and helpfully) to my concern about a possible problem with the coolant pump. He was also tactfully persuasive with cogent reasons for me to leave the car in the shop overnight, rather than driving home and returning the next. I was very pleased overall with the work, service, and outcome.
Great, responsive & friendly service I've been taking my 4Runner to Magnussen's for years and they're great. Dennis Mcconnell does a wonderful job. I recently took my car in for regular service and it needed a few parts. Dennis went out of his way to find the parts locally so that I could have my car back the same day. They're so friendly and I absolutely trust their work and their recommendations.
Service and Repair Magnussen Toyota of Palo Alto is the number one of the greatest Dealership and Service Maintenance I have ever encountered. They provide the best customer service I have seen, not only with dealing cars but also customers concerns, choices and interests as well as comforable feelings. In general, I would choose and recommend Magnussen Toyota of Palo Alto to anyone because in my own experience, I am very very satisfied and content.

Excellent consultation on used cars As we were in the area and looking a used car, we dropped by the Toyota dealership at Palo Alto. There we met Dich Tran, who was very friendly and consulted us in a very professional way. We were quite impressed by the information he knew by heart about the cars we looked at. So far I am happy I have only had my 2007 Prius back for one day from the 140K service so I don't know how well the service was done but from previous experience it will be fine. Jared Weber, the service rep, is a very straight guy, very alert and trustworthy. Proactive, also. He had honest accurate answers for every question; he really seems to be well-informed about Prius issues. I will take it back to him next time.
