Excellent service Dennis McConnell was the service rep. He was most helpful in guiding me to the proper service given the time since the last service and the maintenance needed message the '13 Prius was showing. The service was timely and discovered and addressed an unexpected problem with a roof rat nest. Dennis also was most helpful in helping me to ascertain the original equipment on my earlier '07 Prius which I am selling in another state. He was professional and most helpful. Prof. David M.

Excellent Juan Gabriel was extremely profession, helpful, and friendly as our salesperson. He took time to go through and set up the features in our lease car as well as to arrange for the appointments to put in some additional equipment.
