general service experience I dropped my 2010 Prius off for a minor service on July 27th. Tony Aguirre & the shuttle driver took great care of me. When service was done, Tony arranged for the shuttle to came back to pick me up at the end of the day. Excellent care, attention to detail, and support

courteous and efficient I really appreciate the dealership for calling me up to make an appointment for the final free service before the expiration date. They emailed me to remind me of the appointment. The adviser, Randall Ricalde, is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest in his evaluation of the car, which is in perfect condition after two years.
First visit to Toyota of Palo Alto, Daniel Boyd our advisor After years of having our 2006 Toyota Prius serviced at a different dealer, we moved to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto because it's closer to our home. Daniel checked us in and kept us informed of the status or our car during the day. He let us know of some recommended preventative service that we accepted, and was able to make sure the car was completed when we needed it early in the afternoon. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The nicest people to service my truck I just came in for my first 5000 mile service on my Toyota Tacoma. They got the job done within the time they said and everybody was extremely polite and professional.

Service at Magnussen's Dennis McConnell was my service rep. I felt like he listened to concerns I had and followed up on my requests. The dealership has been helpful since the day I bought my Avalon from them. My experience with other Toyota dealerships has not been acceptable. I have to travel a longer distance to get to Magnussen's of Palo Alto but it is worth the time.
