Great service! Michael Nguyen was amazing, we got lost and made it an hr later than our appointment time and he still waited on us. It was my daughter’s Melanie Collazo’s first auto purchase and he made it so easy for her, always up front and honest about every step! Melanie & is definitely love the fact that we can go to someone we can trust! Wish him lots of success he is truly an asset! We will definitely be back for our next auto purchase.
Has any other disabled vets had the cost of their repairs jacked up over $3,000 like the did to me recently? Also, had to take it to another place to get my car running after driving 231 mi after getting it back from have them do all the preventative maintenance they could possibly charge me for, that I didn't ask for.

The customer service this dealership offers is ridiculous! They don’t offer coupons or discounts but have always honored others. And now they have “decided” not offer any discounts or accept other discounts from competitors “because the Service Manager said so”. The service girl could care less about customer service and has zero people skills. Just because you have an expensive NSX parked outside does not warrant the lack of customer service by “your team”. Disgusting way to run a business and will not be back!
These people are incredible. My son bought a beautiful Cadillac from them in May of 2016. It is now the end of December and he still does not have the registration or license plate. After numerous phone calls, e-mails and texts he has gotten nowhere. They have not returned phone calls or e-mails, blaming my son for not doing his part. He has all the proof he needs to prove that he has made every attempt to contact them. Now he has gotten a ticket for no registration.
