He wasn't one of those pushy hound ya kind of salesmen which I LIKED ALOT!! I definitely have my eye on a few of the cars he showed me and I'll be back. Giving them a one star is twice what they deserve. Service department tries to add services you don’t need. Very covert about it. Biggest ripoff ever, and I have had several Acura’s and never seen anything like this one. They should be out of business.
Terrible service. Got a certified car that came with broken wiper pump. It never worked! I live far and was not able to bring it back until a few months. They would not rectify the situation and told me they could not help me. My whole buying experience was awful and shady and I do not trust their certification. They should be shut down and don't care about repeat business. The service girl is also very rude. Horrible experience.
