Lies lies lies. Totally screwed me out of miles on a lease. The finance manager is a joke I left several messages for him he said “I can’t get into my voicemail I don’t have the password” I’ve bought multiple cars there and will never go back and tell everyone I know what a joke this place is!
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They have yet to pay off a vehicle I traded in almost 2 months ago and NO ONE will return my phone calls. I am currently responsible for making a payment on a vehicle I do not have, or it will go on my credit. RUN AWAY!!
If you are in the market for a car. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! 30+ days after a trade in and the vehicle is not paid off. Now it’s affecting my credit and all they can say is oh well!!! This place sucks, customer service suck, finance points the finger to accounting and accounting points the finger to finance. Gustavo in finance needs to learn about customer service!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
Have been to a different Acura dealership in Dallas forth worth area. But there salesmen are not helpful until I met Micheal Nguyen at mac churchill Acura, he went extra mile, did an outstanding job to get me the car that I wanted ,He was very helpful and passionate. Effective Monday, they are part of David McDavid im so happy! Love the McDavid dealerships, used to take my Honda to get serviced at the one in Irving. Never ever had an issue, they were very customer friendly and did great service on my car. Bought my Acura thru MacChurchill and didn't really care for the service, but now that will soon change! Talked to Josh, Manager at Plano who is currently working at this location, he was so nice and explained the situation to me, got me in and out for an oil change in less than an hour... read more
