Service department needs to step it up. I had two filthy loaner cars in my possession for a month and a half and had to clean them while my 2016 car was being repaired. Called 30 minutes before I picked my car up to make sure it was clean and ready. Arrived and it was filthy and they wanted to make excuses. We have a 2015 Lexus and never have received this kind of service at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine.
The customer service levels are very good at the dealership. Always friendly and very helpful. I will say that I was a bit taken back that my 2016 RDX with less than 19K miles required the brake fluid to be drained and replaced due to condensation and air in the lines. Seems like if this is a common problem which I was told it was that there should have been some sort of fix in place by now. Worst cluster fuck I have ever seen. Witnessed 3 potential customers chased off by rude salesmen and 1 of them kept telling the idiot he as a repeat customer. Seen another lady had to come back and resign paper work because they wrote it up wrong the day before. My own experience was nothing short of a joke. I wouldn't take a free car from this cluster fuck of a place.
HORRIBLE dealership. I scheduled an appointment for service due to an airbag recall. The dealership refused to give me a loaner car, so I brought my car in on a Saturday. After waiting 4 hours, they tell me they don't have the right airbag part (I scheduled the appointment 5 business days in advance). THEN they tell me they can order the part in 2 days and they will have a loaner car for me due to my inconvenience. Well, after 3 days, still now airbag part and no loaner car.
