I must say that the gentleman Doug, in the repair shop and his staff were very nice. I pray healing over Doug with the illness he is dealing with...God is able!!! 5* The 2* is for the used car department �
If I could give this dealership no stars I would. I thought that I had a replacement airbag for my recalled one (then one that can kill you) ordered in the spring of 2016 and it finally arrived in August of 2016. So I spoke to a service rep and told them that I could drive down (10 hours there and back) to have it replaced. It took about 3 hours to have the service done and a free oil change at my request for driving that far. Fast forward to this week and Acura sends me a postcard saying that my airbag hasn't been replaced!... read more
I wanted to check out the 2018 tlx. I had Anthony ferrara help me and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the car and that made it better for me to decide on it. He also helped me with getting a good monthly payments on the lease. Thank you very much Anthony ferrara for thinking of my needs and also being a happy guy through out the sale. That’s what it a great experience!!

Wow, being female and not knowing much about cars was a little scary to me. I feared, as I'm sure most women do, being taken advantage of and lied to. Keniecia was very personable, informative, while also feeling trustworthy to me. I will definitely be back to purchase the Acura ILX next week. I recommend not only Mac Churchill Acura but Keniecia. I'm a mom of 3 busy boys, I don't have time to be wasted, but this dealership did a fine job of wasting my time. I was very clear in what I am looking for in a vehicle and I understand the trade-in process. I was left sitting for extended periods of time in their lobby where you can hear every sales pitch to other customers. I was told we could make this work, but was offered vehicles that didn't remotely meet the specific details I repeated to the salesmen in the vehicle we want. Bought a used car from Mac Churchill Acura and the fiance manager sold me an extended warranty that he touted as the "best bumper to bumper warranty" in the industry. Well a few months after purchase the sunroof stopped working and ironically wasn't covered by the best warranty in the industry costing me $5,000. Buyer Beware.
