John was very detail oriented. He walked me through the selling process step by step. He made me feel so comfortable about credit steps, monthly payments, and interest rates. I would recommend friends and family to him for their future vehicles.
Painless car buying is not a myth I received great service. My sales person Chelsea Charles was not overly pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed, and also took great consideration to my financial pros and cons and was able to get me into a new vehicle and bring back my business to this dealership. After two years, just found out the financial guy at the dealership lied to us when selling us extended warranty and maintenance plan. We thought we had extended warranty and 6-year maintenance but ended up with only 6 oil change. Tried to reach them over the phone for several times but never got to talk to anyone. Will not recommend this dealership.
Just purchased my second vehicle from Mac. It was a 'fair' trade and as much as I hate going to Finance Ahmed and I had a laughing good time. The sales team of Carlos and Jesus were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Upper management was the same. Overall a great experience.

On May 20th, 2016 An employee at the Mac Churchill dealership forged 3 policy documents in my name worth $6,095 dollars and sent them to my financing bank without me knowing. The Finance Officer also wrote another $2000 dollars of "Aftermarkets" into my Buyers Order (which I never received until 11 days later after I signed for the car).
