The used car department is horrible here. They don't let you walk the lot, they make you go inside where they take your keys and ID from you so you won't be able to walk out. They only bring you the cars they want to sell and can't even give you the price of the car up front only around what you payments could be. After 2 hours there and only seeing 2 cars I had to wait for my keys and explain to 4 different people why I wasn't buy a car that second I left without them returning my ID. Jason Reid and his team were awesome! Let me tell ya... I was not the easiest customer because I had done my research and was prepared to fight and get the best deal possible. If I could put zero stars I would. I spent at least four hours here. I had my vehicle appraised, and had to ask over 5 times to have my keys returned to me so I could leave. I spoke to over half of the people in the building after continuously telling them I was no longer interested due the treatment and shady behavior. They were wanting a reconditioning fee of $1500 dollars, which is definitely a scam. They also continue to call me from a different number every time without telling me whose calling unless I ask. This dealership has superior customer service. Salvador help me and my sister buy 2 cars. Salvador never pressured us to buy a car. His service was more like a friend helping us buy car. However, he was very knowledgeable about the cars. I will definitely go back and buy car from Salvador. I strongly recommend asking for Salvador when you go to go to this dealership.
