Worst customer service ever! Plus the finance manager lied to my family. We were approved for a car, left our trade-in there. Took the car home for the weekend and was asked to go back for detailing. BUT they ended up saying we were not approved by the bank and took the car back!!! After waiting for over 4 hours! We were already there for hours the first time. A big Shout out to Cody Carlile for his great service over the last month. I bought a new TLX from Cody last month and the process was smooth and professional. My wife loved my new car so much she decided she wanted an Acura instead of a Mercedes. I was out of Town and she went to see Cody and again Incredible Service!
