I wish it were possible to leave this place 0 stars. RUN FAR AWAY and do not do business with these crooks. They will sell you a bad car, tell you they are going to get you a new one, then tell you they are going to fix the bad car, DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and take your loaner car in the middle of the night with your kids carseats in it. My lawyer is dealing with their lawyer and he is just as stupid and crooked as these people. Your bad business practices will catch up with you eventually.
This place to me was horrible!! First visit everyone wanted to help and then the “ manager “ started showing frustration because we weren’t sure if we wanted to buy. 3dr day we came back because they kept calling us that there was better deal approved and when I get there didn’t wasn’t sure who had approved so they had us up and down. There is way more to the story! �

RecommendedI took my car in for service and was greeted by helpful and friendly service adviser Taylor Jones. My car required a day to service and test. I was given a loaner car and at the end of the day I received a text to update the work done on my car with estimated time of completion. Always happy when I leave MacChurchill.
We've been shopping for a car for awhile now, came upon Mac Churchill last weekend. MICHAEL NGUYEN helped us. He was nice and easy to work with and also Knowledgeable as well. It took a few days for me to decide which car I wanted to go with (he was not pushy at all). I work far from the dealership and was not able to come in during business hours so he drove to meet me 45mins away. Great service!
