I cancelled my warranty and gap insurance on Feb 5th. Was told that it would take 4-6 weeks for the process to reflect my new payment. It is almost May now and the bank still has not receive their check from Mac Churchill. I been calling for weeks but it only goes to voicemail. Left several messages but no one has contacted me back. Very unhappy with the business this dealership has offered. Would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

the CPO cars that they sold in this dealership sucks the management sucks especially the manager I would not recommend this dealership they sucks especially Chris And Izzy after having the ILX for 3 days a lot of issues started to appear on the car that we just bought engine transmission etc if you’re planning to get a acura car just go to Vandergriff acura they’re friendly and they will absolutely help you
Purchased my first vehicle yesterday at Mac Churchill Acura and Jim and Izzy made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be getting the rest of my cars from here.
