Picked up my new 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport Manual in Sonic Grey Pearl this past Thursday. I love it! Drove 2.5 hours as only dealership around with a manual. Nash was awesome and made the process super easy! I would drive 2.5 hours again just to give them my business as they were great! Thanks again and appreciate the awesome car :)
Went here for a recall to be done...was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs. Dropped it off 10mins before my appointment, after 4 and half hrs, a staff called and said it won't be ready until 2hrs later. I couldn't wait that long bcos of work so I told dem I would come get it. Got there and none of the 3 recalls were done, translation my car was dumped and other vehicles attended to. The customer service person I talked on the phone was soooo rude. Don't bother going here, if I could give dem a half star or zero I would have.
It's been almost 10 year's since I bought my 08 Accord, I was really nervous but Mike Levit was really great taking me through the process of leasing a new HR-V. Great service after the sale at this location also.

We have dealt with Mike Levitt for 25 years and 5 Hondas. Each experience has been great. I was just in for oil change/tire rotation and worked with Marlin and he made me aware of maintenance that was due. He had me in and out in 2 cookies and a muffin (2 1/2 hours). All is well in my Hondaland.
Loved it was treated like family loved the experience the Luther Family brings to each guest. Easy, great product, and the finance is amazing.
Came with a steering issue with my 2008 Honda CRV, and was quoted $140 for diagnosis. I was in formed of an airbag recall as well. I was out in 2 hours, not bad considering I never made an appointment, and they replaced the airbag and did an alignment inspection. When I got my car back they said I needed an alignment and charged me only for the alignment and not the original $140. The only recommendations would be more toys in the play area (only 2), and a door to keep toddlers from running away.
