I would not recommend, get a Honda somewhere else. I leased a car, and was going to return it, but after realizing, Hondas are amazing built, I decided to try to see about buying out a car. I called over a month ago, and received NO call back! Guess they don't really care about their customer! If you want a Honda (I loved my civic), go somewhere else! Worst Customer Service I have seen or heard of!!

Great professional dealership. Sold me an overpriced lemon (was dirty, smells of smoke, and had to bring in more than once to get a problem diagnosed-broken strut and needed alignment) other than that the staff was great.

I did a lot of research on many different models and makes before purchasing my Honda CRV-EX. Honda has by far exceeded all of my expectations. The CRV has everything I wanted and MORE. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to doing business with Luther Brookdale Honda in the future. I also noticed my neighbors across the street just upgraded their Honda with a brand new Honda from Luther Brookdale Honda. They are happy repeat customers as well!

Brought a vehicle in for service Sun night and left the vehicle all day Mon. I never received a call about any needed work. When I called in I was told that my voicemail was not set up or full (I had just checked both of my new messages before calling her) and she tried to make it sound as though I was wrong for not receiving the call. I was told that the parts would take another day to arrive and the car couldn't be done until Tues after 4, so I said I'd come pick the car up...Continue Reading

I went into Luther Brookdale yesterday morning. I worked with Amber and her manager and must say, it was one of the better experiences I have had when going to a dealer. I always felt, in the past, that I got screwed in the end. Not so with Luther. I definitely feel they went out of their way to get me my car! Recommend them highly if you want a reputable dealer!!

First off, we got taken for the old bait and switch routine! We had been struggling to find a vehicle to fit our family (we were surprised with twins!) Found a really cheap, decent looking vehicle. Always add on other things when you bring car in for simple things like oil change. Charged 2$ to top off wiper fluid when i didnt ask them to. I had just done it a week prior. Told wife she needed four additional things done to vehicle. She only had enough money to do two. She should have brought it somewhere else to do work. Way too expensive.
