Had my oil changed here today. Checked in at 11:30 AM and I wasn't informed it was completed until 2:29 PM. I had checked at the service desk two times to see if it was completed. They had called me to inform me on a phone number that I've told them numerous times to change and they still have not. They made no effort to find me in waiting room. It was actually completed at 12:45. Inexcusable poor service!
Long story short, Brookdale Honda replaced my rear brake pads and rotors back in Feb 2016. Less than 4 months and 5600 miles later, the rear right pads are worn out. Brake pads usually last up to 30,000 miles so this sounds fishy to me. They claim the pads were defective but why is it only the rear right that's defective and not the rear left? They told me I had to pay $217 for labor although the pads would be covered under warranty. I should had checked my receipt then but o...Continue Reading

I love this dealership. Great experience here I searched multiple dealerships and this one gave me the best price and the best service. Other dealerships offered to match price but I honestly wanted to deal with the dealership that gave me a good deal without the fight. I got a fabulous 2016 Honda Civic 4 door sedan. BEN HAERTZEN IS THE BEST... I highly recommend this dealership Aaron Neely or Joe Haertzen are the guys to deal with......
There people there are very nice and were very patient with me. They are very helpful; they helped me with my old car and helped me get into a new car!

I was having a terrible time trying to figure out what happened with an oil leak check on my civic. Chad and Shane both did an awesome job following up and finding the most practical solution. I just wish I could thank the technician who fixed the bolt too! :) Keep up the fantastic customer service guys.
Had John Bliss as a sales person. I would NOT recommend him. He doesn't know anything about whatever you want to ask him. Besides his uselessness, the rest of the team was great especially the Service Center. They're ALWAYS wonderful!
