Ben was great at explaining the potential issue with my car and what my options were. I had to take my car in twice within a week, and both times he was conscientious of my time, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I felt that Ben showed authentic care for me as a customer. Terrific customer service!
2 hours for an oil change and a grease spot on my seat! I was told after an hour and 15 minutes they were just waiting for my keys, It then took almost another 45 minutes before I was told it was done. Nothing but a bunch of lying service writers!
Mixed feelings, love my Honda and the free car wash which is great but the service seems a bit slow and my 3rd recall in 7 months
It's shocking how little this dealership stands behind its service work. Go anywhere but here if you need service on your Honda!

They ran my credit 11 times without my permission. ELEVEN! Just to try to get me a loan as fast as possible so that I would buy the car as fast as possible because they knew I was having second thoughts. They told me they were only running it once. I didn't end up getting the car, and now I can't anymore because my credit report shows 11 inquiries so I can't get a loan.
