I brought my car in 4/25 for front end noise. Luther had it for over 2 hour and determined it was service bulletin 14-067 which I told them already over the phone. I drove off 15 min later and the car broke down. I looked to find the caliper had pop out. GET SERVICE GET PPL NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE SAID!!!!
We had the best experience here! (I was very hesitant to buy again because we had just gotten burned at two other dealerships recently.) We had two issues come up with our used vehicle at this dealership. Our sales person, Jeff, told us to bring it back in and gave us a rental both times. Pao, at the rental desk was great! Both issues, thermostat replacement and brake issues, were both taken care of at no charge. This dealership has terrible customer service and they do not stand behind the products they sell. We purchased a new 2016 Honda CR-V from your Brookdale Honda location in November of 2016. We purchased the extended warranty, maintenance package and a remote start system at the time of sale. We have been having problems with the heating system in it since we purchased it. Service Department... well, you've had our car since Monday, gave us the fob back and said you didn't need it, called us back 4 hours later and said that you DID need it. I brought you both fobs and our secondary key. Today after THREE phone calls on our part, you finally said the car was done and the new battery fixed the rear door lock... Well, the car still starts slowly (didn't we just pay through the nose for DIAGNOSTIC??), the door doesn't lock and YOU LOST OUR ORIGINAL KEY. So we STILL don't have our car.
Service department needs to actually keep track of customers who make an appointment for service. I took the time to schedule my oil change, yet the folks who just walk in get their cars serviced before mine. It shouldn’t take two hours for a scheduled oil change.
