RecommendedI’ve been coming here for a few years now and have been satisfied. However, my last 2 visits were bad. In August I had new tires put on, but the wrong (more expensive) tires were put on instead. My options were to either wait an additional 90 minutes while it’s corrected or pay more $$ for the wrong tires. I chose option C — overnight rental car. Then today I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 2 hours. I’m becoming less and less satisfied with this location.
Brookdale honda has to be the fastest and best place to purchase or lease a car. Buying process was easy cant beat the pricing on the accord leases. In finance Val is the best she really knows how to answer your questions and make this process enjoyable. Get in there and pick a car out today.I did and it was Great! I usually say yes to this question. But I just got back from having the passenger side airbag replaced because it was recalled. When I looked at my dashboard after the service was done I noticed the molding on the passenger side wasn't flush to the dashboard like my driver's side was and as it had been when I dropped it off. The excuse I've been given is that maybe the sun warped that side..... and that they don't touch that piece when replacing the airbag. Maybe they don't touch it but they sure jacked it up. My husband and I just drove 6 hours to buy an Acura. It was a risk going that far but in the end, it turned out to be a wise move. Alex was an absolute joy to work with and treated us so well. He exceeded our customer service expectations and even though there is a fair amount of distant between us and the dealership, we plan to return in a few years to upgrade our Honda Odyssey. We were very impressed!
I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change for my 2015 Honda Pilot at 12pm. I did not leave the dealership until 2:15pm. When I asked the cashier what was the hold up was, their reply was that Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays are the busy days so service takes longer. Then I asked if there was a point in even making an appointment and the two cashiers said that if I did not make an appointment I would not have even been serviced. Either way waiting over two hours for an Oil Change is ridiculous.

after a year and few thousand $ and lots of b.s. excuses "I" figured out what was making a insane noise in my car after taking it to another dealership and they found it 1st time. it was the metal label that was on my mortar that fell down in my engin... geez pic is not my engine but a example of the label. sketchy b.s. after the last time with insane charges i knew i would never be back and I'm glad. who didn't see that with over 5 times of service ! never go to a dealership
Was treated poorly on Labor Day by a sales person that didn’t want to answer simple questions about a used car and again today when I called to speak to the GM about it. He said he was too busy for my complaint and that there are lots of dealerships to buy cars from. I shouldn’t use his.
