My niece bought a van on July 30 with over half down. Once they had her money they treated her like trash. Promises to fix stains on the roof of vehicle they had the van for 33 days and made her return 3 times so far and they the stains are still there. They won’t refund the service protection plan that they did not apply to the car or even call her back. Never go here, save yourself time money and frustration. They are liars and entrap you.
I called to make an appointment to get my timing belt changed, costing around $650 for my 2001 honda civic. Gave the gentleman on the phone all my info. He says, "ok, so we have you scheduled tomorrow at 8 with (blank) to change your timing belt and water pump..." I never said anything about a water pump, nor did this service rep ever make a recommendation. He just assumed I'd be fine with paying an extra $260.
