Only complaint I have is waiting for 3hrs for an oil change and being late for a dr apt, even though i scheduled the apt. Overall very friendly people, great atmosphere, good coffee and cookies while you wait.

This has GOT to be a joke!!!! I got a survey regarding my “service” I allegedly had done on November 21st??? I have never heard one word from ANYBODY since I brought that car in on MONDAY OCTOBER 30th! I have even gone BACK to the dealership. I spoke to the service MANAGER on Thursday November 16th as well as a man behind the service counter that evening. BOTH people assured me I would get a phone call and NOBODY has attempted to call me. This place :( almost an HOUR for an oil change...with an appointment!!! Same place that would have charged me $1800 to fix AC when my neighborhood guys charged $1200. Only drove the extra miles bc I had a free oil change coupon. NEVER again.
Go to another Honda dealership to get your car or service done. This place took almost 2 . 5 hours for an oil change.
I was in a bad accident and totaled my car in December. My husband and I always dread car shopping because we've never had a good experience. We visited this dealership and had an incredible experience. Purchased a CR-V with Scott and couldn't be happier! On Monday, as luck would have it, our second vehicle had a failing transmission.
