Don't bother calling and leaving a message, they rarely will call you back. If you go to the store because you have a simple problem, the service department will quickly hand you off to the parts departments rather then try to help you. Then the parts department, after talking under there breath about the lousy service department, sells you the wrong part to fix your CR-V. What's the point of making an appointment only to be told when we get there that the part is back ordered? We were given no estimate when it would be in stock, just a nebulous 'we will call you' (how likely is that when we never heard from them on the backordered part?). So for now my wife is driving a vehicle with an airbag recalled for sending shards of metal into the passenger. Yeah, not happy.
Just paid 140 to get the engine checked a few days ago. Called back today to get an estimate on two of the three things on the list and they said we would have to get it checked again and pay the 140 for them to give us an estimate. Seriously? So annoyed.
