Maurice in the service department never disappoints. He is the reason I don't go to a different (more geographically convenient) dealership for service. He always does a good job explaining issues and different options for solutions. He is honest and I trust him, which is not an easily earned status with me. I tell everyone I know with a Honda to work with Maurice, I know he will be my Honda guy for the rest of the life of my '98 and for my next Honda too.
