They don't take responsibility for the work they do and screw families over with a smile on their face. We pointed out a problem a month ago and they said it was fine. We brought in the vehicle again and an important trip is being impacted and they're taking zero responsibility.
Went in for recall service and to have new keys cut. when made appointment told it'd be about an hour, and the keys would be around 150 dollars. when I check in im told 2 to three hours, probably 2 and again 150 for keys. wasnt real happy about new time frame but what can you do, I'm there. well it was 4 hours and the keys were a total of 220. after discussions and letting them know I wasn't happy to spend my entire afternoon there and being misquoted on price they adjusted price of keys, and said the want anything they coul... read more
Horrible customer service! Bought a used 18 crv and have been pretty much ignored ever since.
RecommendedI gotta hand it to this place. I bring my car in for an oil change, and Bart’s checking me in and he says “Okay...it says here that routine maintenance for the mileage you have is to rotate tires, lubricate the spark plugs, AND inspect/replace the headlight fans, but that tacks on another $140, which I’m not convinced you’ll need. So how about I take that off for now, and after we de-ionize the crank shaft, if we see you’ll need new headlight fans, we’ll text you to let you know.” This is the kind of honest, customer-focused... read more
Went to a different Honda dealer and could not work out the deal we wanted. Walked in and met Lo, told him the story, after a short time of negotiating, they said no problem, and we had the deal we wanted! Lo did a wonderful job of keeping us happy, moving the sale along and juggling other customers on a very busy day. We would fully recommend working with Lo Vang and Brookdale Honda again!
We met with Steve Evan and he is awesome...... he definitely satisfied our needs.
Took car in for a oil change and coolant replacement. The tech guy got it done in the time that the service guy said they will (1245pm). Waited 1 hour before service guy comes and tell me the car is done(1:41pm). Service guys says that it took long because the air bubbles in the coolant didn't want to burp out. Behold the power of dashcam. Came out to car and look through the videos. Tech guy gets done at 12:47pm. Pulls the car out and park 12:48pm. I do reccomend the place just not the service person.
