I had to bring my car in for a recall and they washed my car for me, which I appreciate! but they forgot to turn my radio off intern leaving my electronic antenna up and pretty much ripped it off, when I called them they told me they don't take responsibility for what happens in the car wash which I do not think is very fair, great people to work with just a little upset that now I have to pay for something they ruined!
Not good for me I bring my car for recall and than my car got scratched
If you have a problem with service and they tell you to call the service manager and leave a message it may take over a week for him to get back to you and that’s with 3 messages.

Always have great service here! Seemingly very honest about work that needs to be done, and if it needs to be done soon or if it can wait. Last time my car was not done as quickly as I was told it would be, and there seemed to be some miscommunication btwn mechanics from one day to the next that caused the delay. Only time that there has ever been any issue, though.
