I use to love your place... Still love my Honda Odyssey but spent over $1000 for preventative maintenance since we hit the 100,000 mile marker...Well one part they did my husband noticed oil leaking. Something wasn’t right!!! Few days later they fixed it... On the way home they didn’t hook something up right!! Really!!! I’m sorry but the service department may have COVID.. lol Need new tires but wonder if they can do that?????
I was surprised that my vehicle wasn’t washed after servicing. I had just waxed the car the day before and it rained that morning. When I came back the sun had been shining for hours and there was dirty water spots on the car. Rather than going back and ask that it be washed I was behind schedule and had to hand wash the car when I returned home that afternoon. Do you know how much work it is to get the spots off the car? Have a courtesy shuttle for customers when you need the vehicle for over an hour for repairs. I was told that it is a Honda policy..false.. because I have used other Honda dealerships that have that convenience.
