Love Hondas! Great Service! Great workers who support and serve you with a positive, helpful attitude! An enjoyable experience while waiting for car to be serviced! Sales staff are not overbearing and are helpful when you are looking at their cars with the intent to buy. They give you good information and assistance, but allow you space and time to make a good, personal decision about purchasing a car. Victor Oates is an amazing car salesman! He truly knows what he's talking about. He isn't the typical salesman to just simply sell something to someone. He really listens to customers needs and wants and finds the best car for them. Victor gives great advice, recommendations and guidance. He is able to educate someone on their car's features and get paperwork signed in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend Victor to any of my friends, family or colleagues 100%!
Service is generally very good and the ability to get work done while waiting is a plus.
$60 for an oil change? I wont be paying that again.
