RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at Brookdale Honda with both Aaron as my salesperson and the gal that was working with Aaron and I in financing. Financing matched the interest rate that I had been quoted, from my credit union, which made it easier to purchase the car on the spot. Aaron took the extra time to show me the electronics of the car and even synced my phone to the car for me. Aaron also answered any questions that I had and was very knowledgeable and patient. I love my Honda Fit !
Asked about military discount twice, had paperwork and acted like that wasn't good enough to get discount. Then later said something about Healthcare discount and acted like If I'm not a nurse I wouldn't qualify. Makes no sense. Be careful when discounts are posted on web site.
One of my trusted friends has had a recent terrible experience working with the owner here who would not give the care humans need in this dire situation. We were looking to purchase a new SUV from this location since it's so close but not anymore. We will spend our money at a dealership who will treat others properly.

Worst experience buying a car. Sales person seemed more worried about selling me extended warranty and financing than selling me a car. Felt like Buying the car wasn’t enough. Won’t go back
