Liars-liars-liars. Do not purchase anything from this dealership, Lied about the car condition. I drove 13 hours to go purchase the car from this dealer. I was told that the car had clean carfax and it’s a one owner pristine condition… When I inspect the car I find out that the car had been in an accident with damage to the front and rear of the car. Eric, We do truly apologize for the way you feel things went here at the dealership, we try to make sure every customer that comes through our doors has a truly exceptional experience. In this case I do realize you feel that wasn't the case, and its something we wish went differently. To our knowledge the vehicle wasn't in an accident, it does have a clean car fax and was 100% not fixed, painted or altered by our dealership in anyway. Again, I do apologize as this was not what we intended.
Friendly, low-stress sales and service Their sales are friendly and low-pressure. This dealership has always been accommodating when scheduling service on my GTI, which itself has been bulletproof. I'll be looking to trade up to a Golf R at some point, and I plan to do it with Lia. My family has also bought a CC and Touareg from them in the past; always a good experience each time.
Tried to blame me for an oil leak,said I drilled holes So I want to start with the dealer gave me a fair price for my trade in and honored a holiday sale price. The service manager on the other hand well lets just say I have more confidence in a Walmart mechanic. Poor sales manager; yelled at me and intimidated me tonight! I arrived to Lia VW today to sign papers and pick up a new Tiguan. My salesman Aaron (great) informed me when I was there on Saturday 9/23/17 that he would not be in today, but would arrange for my pick up/papers for today. I called earlier today and spoke with Bill to ask about insurance and confirm I was coming in tonight at 5:30 (as arranged with Aaron this past Saturday.) Great Experience!! Keri is the best! I bought a used Porsche today and I have to say this place is impressive. For starters, no pressure at all. They have incredible patience in addressing every one of my concerns. Kyriaki Kazalis was my rep. Really nice person. Extremely professional, polite and accommodating. Marcus also extremely helpful. Slimey These guys are how car salesmen get their negative reputation. Jed, the finance manager straight out lied to me and Marcus Lynch, the so called GM won't even call me back. Dirt bags. Avoid.
They don't need your business Visited this dealership with my wife and son a few and got horrible service. The place wasn't busy but they couldn't be bothered. The sales person had to keep going back to the manger office to seemlying argue on our behalf. Very arrogant. I bought an SUV at another dealership a few hours later. I'll never go back.
