Recently bought my third new VW from Lia and am completely pleased with the experience. When I asked for their best price, the response was quick and very attractive. I checked around and no one could beat it. All the sales people from the manager William and his assistant Bill to the people on the floor and reception are knowledgeable and easy to talk with about any aspect of buying a VW or a used car. Lia's personnel from the receptionist to the managment are all great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Even if they don't give me the answer I am expecting, I leave there with a good attitude. I recommend the dealership to anyone who asks..or even if they don't but the subject is cars! I have bought 4 cars in 7 years there and will continue to be a loyal Lia customer for years to come.
Worked with Travis Storms and GM William Kazanji to get a really strong deal on a 2013 Volkswagen Passat. Travis was helpful from the very beginning, and they exceeded all expectations when it came to overall treatment of the customer. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends & family.
I went into the dealership with hopes of driving the new Golf R, and I was told directly that i could not. I was completely astonished as to why and I was told by even the manager that there dealership does not allow test drives of this model VW. I don't know too many people who are willing to spend $35,000 plus on a car without driving it first. Will never return here or recommend anyone here. I ended up purchasing from another dealer.
I basically bought the car online - sight unseen. I had many conversations over the phone and every question was answered professionally and in a timely manner. The car and the paperwork was ready as promised and it took only 45 minutes and I was on my way! When I walked into Lia VW of Enfield, I had a pretty good sense of what I was looking for as I had driven several other SUV's at various dealerships. I was originally drawn to VW because of the diesel engine. I test drove the Toureg 2 but I felt it was just too large for my needs. My husband and I walked in on a Sunday morning before most of the sales team got there... except for Bill. He was not pushy, let us lead with questions, and was no-nonsense which was right up our alley. There were no games with Bill. We found the car I wanted and Bill (and Jay from finance dept) helped us get it. For my first new car, my buying experience was so much easier than expected. Thanks Bill and Lia VW!!
I had the best and greatest experience at Lia Volkswagen! Customer service is their top priority. The salesman was well educated, friendly and very easy to talk to. Everybody that works at that dealership is wonderful and customers can expect professionalism from everyone. I had a very positive service experience at Lia VW of Enfield, I brought my Jetta TDI for a few maintenance items along with troubleshooting my AUX input on my radio. All issues were fixed in 20 mins max...very impressed! Keep up the good work!
