Some members of service department are poor I took my car in here because the 'low oil pressure turn off engine' light was on. They diagnosed it as a damaged oil pan and charged me close to $700 to put a new one on. On my way home the oil pressure light came on again. They got it towed back (after a struggle with Nicole over who should cover it). It turned out a $15 oil pressure switch was faulty and I was told it must have coincidentally failed the previous day. Service Department Terrible Service Dept is Lousy scheduled an appt on a Saturday and I was told this twice only come back on a weekday. I drove 40 minutes and through traffic only to be turned away. Then they said I have to drop of the car on a weekday and not to wait there was not any promise they could have it done in a day now were talking about a rattle. On top of all this the car is covered under warranty and they want me to pay a 150 diagnostic fee and then they will determine if the warranty will cover the service. W... read more
Nicole in service is extremely rude. She lost my business! I called regarding an issue I was having and wanted a question answered before making an appointment. Service advisor Nicole answered the phone with an irritated demeanor. She was short and rude and lambasted me for repeating a question. If this is the type of people Lia VW has working there, I surely don't want them working on my car. I will never give Lia VW my business again and will share this negative experience with family and friends.

Check engine -light- problem This check engine light was on and I refused to drive the vehicle for a week, until I scheduled an appointment with Nikole Goodman. She was very Professional about this entire conversation. I dropped the vechicle-off on the scheduled date, and she kept me involved during the trouble shooting process and the estimated cost. Problem I did not appointment but Nicole Goodman went way above and beyond to help me solve my problem. I cannot thank her enough.although understaffed she was able to facilitate the work needed to be done on my vehicle.

Professional All Around I recently purchased a used vehicle at Lia Volkswagen and I wanted to say that the staff from Ryan Peterson to Shawn to Mike Singer the finance manager were true professionals.
