I had a very positive experience with the Lia VW service department team, particularly the focused and professional approach of representative Jason Farwell. My Passat suffered a major technical problem on the way to the airport at 4:30 a.m. to catch a flight to take care of my 96 year-old mother. I went to multiple dealerships looking for my first car to purchase. Tony at Lia VW was great! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! Chris Proctor and his team (bill especially) were so so extremely helpful in my latest buying process. We went to the dealership for an oil and filter change and air filter change on a 2016 VW Touareg. A week later we went on a long road trip. After 10 hours of driving the car felt unusual. When we checked the oil level it was less than half of what should be in there. This car does not leak oil and the mileage is very low. Helpful at first. I paid $160 for a diagnostic and they couldn't find the problem. Looking at the reviews they are clearly fake with all 5 star ratings. Where there is a hint of dishonesty it's usually much worse. In my experience dealers are the worst and this one doesn't seem to be any different.

After my inquiry online, Anthony Reynolds reached out to me super quickly! I went in and he made the buying experience super quick and easy plus pulled some strings so I could get into my car faster! I called the store early Saturday morning to schedule the demo with eric Tyler and Within 30 minutes back at the store we talked through the deal and ended up with an agreement. straight talk resulted in a very positive outcome
