The dealership was wonderful in many ways. Allowing me to just walk around and take in the vehicles that were there I felt very at ease’s shopping for a car since it was my first new one I.n. 23 years. How times have changed
Everything went smoothly. But we old timers would appreciate being reminded that when we turn a car in, we need to bring the title, registration, and an updated insurance card to drive the demo. Also, being charged for an annual inspection and being told at the same time that the car should be sent out to pasture was disappointing.. Especially since I bought a new car in the next room.
I thought they were good but I stopped in to get my vehicle cleaned because I smelled like smoke n ask for the spare tire n floor mats. They cleaned the vehicle but didn't get the spare tire or mats. I was also told to stop in today for my 2nd key but there was one.

Purchased a 2024 VW jetta with 9, 068 miles. Didn't even make it home. Transmission cooler failed. :(

Not the best experience as a back man. Purchased a vehicle used and during the interior cleaning process damage occurred causing cosmetic deficiencies in some of the interior. They stated that the car had been professionally cleaned which was a lie the previous owner had a dog and they did not have the dog hair completely removed. The interior cabin filter was not changed and now the car has a dog odor , no sterilization was completed to remove old odors. In mid-August, I made an appointment to have a tire checked; we thought the tire had a slow leak. As it turned out, three of my tires had issues! Reggie worked things out with repair of one, acquiring two new ones, rotating tires, and putting on the spare—so I could use the car that night and come back the next day for the new tires. Reggie explained each step along the way. He is friendly and thorough; I trust his expertise!! Thanks Joseph VW!
In July, I had an appointment for a ticking noise under the hood on the passenger side. Greg of the service dept took us outside to listen to the engine. He recognized it immediately and confirmed that the replacement part was in the shop. VW was able to replace the recirculation flap motor, and we picked up the car the next day, such a relief because I had a 100 mile drive the next day. I depend on the Joseph VW Service Dept, and they ALWAYS come through! All staff I deal with Joseph VW are very friendly and very helpful.
Great people and process. The entire experience was quick and painless. Would definitely buy from them again.
