The staff are always clear and precise when explaining my service details to me. The service manager, Devan Petit was kind and courteous from the moment he called.
Devan Petit was the person who took care of my car April 4, 2025. The job was brakes and oil housing leak. The brakes were easy bu the oil leak was a rather difficult job. My car wasn't going to get done and it was the weekend. Lia was out of loaner cars. But Devan went above and beyond to get me a loaner car, so I wouldn't be without a car for the weekend. My car was ready to go on Monday. I have used Lia VW of Enfield for all my car care needs and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership.
