I've been to Lia a few times. My sister just bought a car from Keri as well as my girlfriend. I have been to a lot of dealerships and not many show myself, sister and girlfriend the kindness, respect and patience before. Often dealerships are forcing the pen into your hand. NOT LIA VOLKSWAGEN. They are so willing to help you in any capacity. Lia VW is an excellent car dealership for regular VW service. It makes scheduling an appointment very easy with its online reservation service. I was actually able to make an oil change appointment just one day before I wanted it. When I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time, the attendant at the service desk took my information immediately and honored my coupons for service credit that I had on my account and for their Wednesday oil change special.
