I went to Lia Volkswagen for an oil change. The service department was quite busy at the time but I was assurred by the Jason Farwell that he would get me out quickly. The wait time was very reasonable. When the service was finished, Jason took the time to tell me exactly what had been done.

Service advisor Jason Farwell was a excellent to work with. Been going to him and Lia VW for all my service because of Jason. Any questions i have are promptly answered, I did have a question regarding a perk program but Jason had a day off but responded back the next day with answers which shows there is communication within the dealership about customers.

Worked with Keri and Chris Proctor. I had an unusual situation and they both were there to discuss all the options. There was an agreed option and then executed to perfection. Matt in the finance office was east to work with as well. Car buying can be a stressful experience, but when working with Chris and his team of professional, I felt relaxed and taken care of.

The new car I bought had issues with 18 miles on it, I literally drove 2 miles off the lot and had lights going off and still do the next day. I was promised a different care from Bill, and he lied. and prosed my paperwork. He said he would make this deal right due to the issues and in the end they are just looking to close a deal. They have no feelings for their customers and what happens if they break down. I have nothing good to say about him or both managers at this location. They are shady dealers.
