Superior service by Jason farewell , as always! He found a coupon for me without me even asking. He is the reason we bring our car to Lia. It’s the car for our daughters so it is so important that the car runs properly and safely for our 2 teenage daughters. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and he deserves a raise !

This place is great! My Sales Rep was Derek and he was very good. Kept open communication at all times when I had a question or concern. He is very knowledgeable and will help you make a good choice. Working with Mark in the finance office was also great, he kept looking for the best deals available. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Ed Cappola, Peter Levesque, Mark (finance) - awesome team. This was our second purchase from Mastria in the past year. We bought and ID.4 last Fall and a Jetta now. We, like many people today, wanted to move electric, but had reservations. Ed Cappola helped us really understand EV range and value. To paraphrase Diane Chamers, I hate car buying with the white hot intensity of a thousand bursting suns. However, after dealing with Derek Welch and the team at Mastria, I might have to change that by an order of magnitude. They helped find the right pre-owned for me, and I adore it. Derek was patient, cheerful, upfront, and honest. He made the whole experience pretty darn great. If I could leave 6 stars, I would.
