Excellent customer service! Service advisor Earl was on point. Lexus did an outstanding job replacing the dash in my RX. I highly recommend them for your luxury car needs.

We have been on a waiting list for a dashboard replacement since December 2015. That's right! Over 8 months. With this timeframe you certainly could have the part manufactured, shipped, and installed with no problem. The only reason is you do not care to uphold your own warranty. Worst example of customer service that I have experienced in many years.
Thank you for nothing. When a person calls to buy a car and you can't figure out how to TAKE MONEY from out of state, waste two days with multiple phone calls, and then sell the car "accidentally" to someone else after all the paperwork has been done to secure the car, you deserve a terrible review. Poorest customer relations/sales department that I've ever dealt with. By far.
We had the pleasure of working with Lorraine two times, the second time just yesterday when she helped us find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs and taste. She was attentive and caring and patient. We were very happy with our experience. Thank you, Lorraine, and also Fred and Brian in finance. We love our new NX!
I want to give a shout out to Brandon with Internet sales. This man is a class act he worked extremely hard along with Fred who was great to put together a deal for me. Deon was very nice to deliver the vehicle to me while educating me of the many functions on my new GS. Thank you team for providing excellent customer service to me. It was a great experience.
