Hello Lexus! We enjoyed the Test Drive of your new RX 350 yesterday! However, the promised $100 Amazon Gift Card was not received and it is nowhere on the Web site??? Our Guide Lorraine Mantero was very nice and patient, but there is just no explanation for not providing the promised $100 Gift Card?? I would love to see some of the used Cars, but first the Gift Card has to be resolved by Lexus!!

We always had a great experience with this dealership until now. To schedule a simple oil change on a new car ( 1st oil change) it will take 5 days to get it in. The earliest appointment they say. Not too good Lexus of Orlando!
