This is my first Lexus purchase and I couldn't be happier. The dealership is amazing. The service department is awesome Feels like I'm having a spa treatment with those incredible massaging chairs. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. It would take months to explain how much I love this place and all the perks that come along with servicing your vehicle. When my service is complete I always feel like geez already. Lol.
Best dealership experience ever. Came in for some maintenance and Jeff took the time and helped me understand what was what. I'll actually look forward to getting my vehicle serviced now! Could not be happier!!

Caitlin Pope is the best service adviser I've had the pleasure of working with.
First of all, they are using false advertisement by not honoring their manufacture/online price on their vehicles. Horrible customer service, we were left on the showroom without any kind of explanations and assistance to try to resolve and answer our concerns. Bad management, low professionalism, definitely a horrible customer service experience. Will not recommended to any of my friends or colleagues.
