On the positive side, it was a lovely facility with great amenities for customers waiting for service. Concierge staff were friendly and professional. However, we were told our service would take 1.5 - 2 hours. We showed up on time for scheduled appt. And then we got lost in the system. Our wait time went to 2.5, 3 hours. I'd been sent a text to inquire about the service via text at any time. My text was never responded to. Finally at 3.5, we went to Concierge. I was in BIG trouble - I didn't have an appointment - maintenance required - the ex-Marine attendant with a big smile said no problem ! But, it might take 30 minutes - I said no problem ! As I was escorted to the lobby - a living room of TV, Wifi, and a Buffet Lunch . . . Now just where else can you get that ? Heck, I could have stayed all day ! Now . . . I have to confess, I smuggled 4 plastic water bottles into my bag because the LEXUS label was on them ! BOO YAH ! Always a LEXUS consumer . . . Always will be !
Worst customer service ever. Waited over three years for them to help me finally gave up and traded the car in. Never would I buy a car from them.
We spent 2 hours of our time with a nice salesperson, had a deal and when we were finalizing pick up and drop off of our trade in... the car was sold to someone else! No class at this dealership!
