Lexus of Winter Park is wonderful. All employees are courteous, the service room was clean and timeliness was on point.
Sandra met me at car when iu drove in. very nice lady with many years of service in many capacities with lexus. Willie T., my service advisor was phenomenal. He too had many years of experience with lexus. Ultra knowledegable and warm, friendly man. High recommend lexus owners in Metro Orlando go there for service instead of the one down in Mouse World traffic.
Every time I have service done, it has been a very easy and quick experience. No one likes having to take their car in for service, but when you do and are treated with such great courtesy it is a pleasure. Service was fast and I am very satisfied with the results.
Would love to have an e-mail sent out on a monthly (or every time you change your deals) letting your customers know what special deals your running. This would be a perfect way to spoil your existing loyal customers like me. ( Hint: looking for that President detail to go on special along with some accessories).
This was my first visit after moving from New England, and I have to say, service was great, the lounge was perfect with options for everyone, and I felt like I was treated 100% the way every appreciated customer should be with zero surprises in my bill. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Today the director of finance wanted to cancel a completed car sale instead of admitting his staff gave out incorrect information. Really? Is it that difficult to admit a mistake? Whatever happened to treating a customer with respect?
Shopping for my 2017 nx was a wonderful experience sales associate and finance manager was amazing, but please NEVER bring your car for service. After i took my car for its 5k check up its been making noises while breaking and while turning the wheel. The worst part is that the dealer scratched my brand new car while it was at service and its been 2 months that ive been with out the car because every time they call me for pick up the paint job isnt up to standard.
