great service department, easy to purchase a car, friendly employees, no high pressure sales tactics, great customer lounge, huge and very comfortable with a variety of snacks and drinks and prompt service.
This is my sixth Lexus that I have purchased from the Winter Park store. William has been my tech for almost all my service appointments since my first purchase. I can not say enough about him and how he takes care of his customers. Also, Danny in the sales department sold me my new 2018 GX460 and even though he is new at the Winter Park store he is a great addition to that store.
I have had two vehicles serviced here and yesterday had another good experience. James Ferrell, service consultant was very efficient and professional. Thank you.

I just leased a ES350 from Lexus of Winter Park. The car drives like a dream. It was also a pleasure working with the sales staff. They were helpful, treated me with respect and easy to work with. I had been to many different car dealerships before making my decision. Lexus of Winter Park made the decision easy!!
An excellent buying experience. Our "personal" Product Specialist, Ken, was genuinely happy working with us. Never was there any pressure. My wife felt 100% comfortable. The Sales Mgr., Gabe, and the Finance Specialist, Sterling, were also terrific to work with. This is the second car that I have purchased at Lexus of W.P., (one new, the other Certified Pre-owned), and I wouldn't hasten to return if and when I purchase another vehicle. Thank you so much for a buying experience above the rest.
