As an out-of-state purchaser, I have done business at Lexus of Orlando in Winter Park for years. I recently had made plans to purchase a used car at the dealership. The sales team I worked with so kindly gave me heads up that the vehicle had been smoked in. This saved me a trip to Florida, as I do not purchase smokers' vehicles. Only a company with the customer's best interest in mind would make that phone call. Will continue to shop and do business with this dealer. Thanks!
As always the visits are pleasant and the delivery of the car back to me came close to what was promised. The car was clean. I do wish that the cleaning group would use towels or a cloth that did not leave lint behind on the dash surfaces. Same goes for the windscreen - The cleaning of the inside of any windscreen is tricky at best - if done well there will be not tale-tale streaks or fogging when looking into the light. I always have to go back and re-do the interior when done. Other than that - excellent.
Lexis of Winter Park is where we purchased our car a few months ago. Recently it was time for a checkup and they were extremely efficient. Our experiences there have been outstanding.
I love the service team so pleasant, can’t say that for the sales team . I would never buy a car from them they suck 😐🙄😡
