I sat in the "lounge" 30 minutes before anyone waited on me. After we discussed the service needed I waited in the lounge another hour and half (which is what I expected) only to be told I needed brakes and would be there another 2 hours. Why did it take a hour and half to tell me I needed brakes?
RecommendedCustomer service is the best!!! My car recently needed major repairs...cost was WOW... but it cost to drive luxury.... Will T (rep) and Alex (service mechanic) got the job done..... amount paid was well worth it. Thanks....
The staff members are very nice, accommodating and professional. The service area is great with a child room, quiet room, massage area and kitchen area with food, dri is and snacks available. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and expressed for me to call at anytime with questions or assistance. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

I bought my first Lexus from Jimmy Bryan Lexus in 1998 and I went back to buy my second Lexus at the same location, now Lexus of Winter Park. Thank you for being there for me!
I went into Lexus of Winter Park today to trade in my SUV for the new RXL. The sales manager was rude, belligerent and condescending. I ended up walking out. And will not buy another Lexus from this dealership. Beware, ladies… If you go in by yourself, you will not be taken seriously as a potential car buyer…
recently had my IS 350 in and could not have been happier with the service. Jafar assisted me, he was very knowledgeable about the process that occurred and got my car back in tip top shape. I could not be happier.
Customer service is on point never pressured us and were honest through the whole process. Made a difficult car buying decision easy.
